Yes the Lumark Ankle Compress is designed as one size and, thanks to the adjustable straps and regulated compression, fits most ankle sizes. For very narrow or particularly wide ankles, we recommend contacting our sales team beforehand.
Once the cooling packs are fully chilled (at least 2 hours in the fridge), they stay cold for about 20 minutes the medically recommended treatment cycle. After a 10-minute break, the packs can be re-chilled and the next cycle started.
The compress can be wiped down with a damp cloth or a mild cleaning agent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Clean the cooling packs separately. Let it dry completely before the next use.
The compress and cooling packs are designed for unlimited repeated use. Just re-chill the cooling packs after each use that's it. The system is built for daily, ongoing use, whether at a sports club or for at-home aftercare.
